No lock-in
Our services operate on monthly contracts with no long-term lock-in. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice unless otherwise agreed.
Intellectual property
All creative work, strategies, and materials produced by Marketier during an engagement become the property of the client upon full payment of applicable fees.
Confidentiality
Marketier treats all client information as strictly confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
Limitation of liability
Marketier's liability is limited to the fees paid in the month in which any issue arose. We do not guarantee specific pipeline or revenue outcomes, though we target a 10:1 ROMI.
Governing law
